RETURNS

We are confident that you will love our skin-care line. However, due to hygiene and the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items (all opened sales final). If there is an issue with your order, or if you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing our products.

 

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES TO EXISTING ORDERS

If for whatever reason you placed an order and had a change of mind, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can cancel it before sending it out. If you'd like to make a change to an already made order we will cancel the initial order and allow you to create a new one.
